What’s the Weather Like in Orlando in April. In April the weather is hot and sunny, and if you are not used to it you may find it slightly uncomfortable. The average daily temperature for this month can reach highs such as 28°C (83°F), with minimum temperatures of 15°C (53°F).

Average temperatures in April were mostly above normal for the state. The departures from average temperatures in April 2017 were above normal across the entire state, ranging from +1.1˚F in Key West to +5.1˚F in Tampa (Table 1 and Appendix 1). Minimum temperatures in Melbourne on multiple days exceeded the previously established record for the month of April. This was the 2nd warmest April in Tampa, 6th warmest in Pensacola, and 8th warmest in Miami. Multiple warm temperature records were tied or broken across the state (Appendix 2). 

Rainfall totals in April were varied across the state. Rainfall totals in April 2017 were above normal for parts of North and Southeast Florida, including the Florida Keys, and below normal for the rest of the state (Figure 1). A significant portion of the state, particularly parts of Central Florida, received less than a quarter of the normal rainfall for the month. Departures from normal roughly ranged from -2.68” for Orlando to +1.88” in Key West (Table 2 and Appendix 1), though localized parts of the state saw rainfall totals that were as much as 3.00” below normal to 8.00” above normal (Figure 1). Do you need help with the cost of Reclast? It can treat high blood calcium levels. In addition it can treat bone damage caused by Paget’s disease, multiple myeloma, and cancers that spread to the bone. It can also treat osteoporosis and reduce the risk of hip fractures in certain patients.

What is Reclast prescribed for?

This medication is used to treat a certain type of bone disease (Paget’s disease) that causes abnormal and weak bones. Zoledronic acid is also used to treat bone loss (osteoporosis) in men and in women after menopause. It may also be used to treat or prevent osteoporosis in people who are taking corticosteroid medications (such as prednisone) for long periods. It works by slowing the breakdown of bone and keeping bones strong. It also helps to reduce the risk of broken bones (fractures). This medication belongs to a class of drugs known as bisphosphonates.

Another zoledronic acid product is used to treat bone problems that may occur with cancer. The 2 products should not be used together.

What are the potential side effects of Reclast

Nausea, tiredness, flu-like symptoms (e.g., fever, chills, muscle/joint aches), dizziness, headache, or pain/redness/swelling at the injection site may occur. Most of these side effects are mild and occur within 3 days of treatment. Flu-like symptoms may be reduced by taking acetaminophen or ibuprofen after the treatment. If any of these effects worsen or last more than 4 days, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.

Remember that your doctor has prescribed this medication because he or she has judged that the benefit to you is greater than the risk of side effects. Many people using this medication do not have serious side effects.
